This brass salmon reel was probably made in England or Scotland around the turn of the last century. The knob is oak and sticks out about 1 inch. There is a screw missing that holds the part that attaches to the rod. Otherwise, a nice sturdy reel. It is 4.5″ in diameter and 1.75″ deep. It weighs 1 lb 2.8 oz.
